Ignore startup failure stats

I loved seeing this in my Twitter stream seconds after I published this post about failure: Those who never fail find it difficult to cope with challenging situations outside of their comfort zone when these eventually arise. A failure today may teach a person to cope more successfully with similar situations in the future.
